I have combined a variety of ongoing trainings and my certifications along with my personal experiences to create ONE ALL ENCOMPASSING LIFE CHANGING PROGRAM! This program is guaranteed to bring significant shifts and change your life in many ways….IF, you do the work, I will teach you how!

this 4 week program will be facilitated on Zoom for a max of 10 ppl.
It’s best to join live but if you aren’t able to – recordings are provided.

Topics covered will include:

*Understanding Human Behaviour – recognizing our past traumas and unresolved grief and learning to find freedom from the pain of our past.
*Recognizing personal blocks, limiting beliefs and unresolved emotional issues. Changing limiting beliefs into empowering beliefs.

*Alignment, balance, shifting, stress management, emotional and mental health management.

*Goal setting and manifesting and much more!

The program includes various  training videos and weekly assignments that will tech you how to safely and effectively identify and resolve all past conflicts and concerns. (WE ALL HAVE THEM, if you think you don’t, this course will clearly help you see that you do.)

This program will also include a variety of tools and resources to use during and after the program. This will be an emotional experience but it will be so worth it.

This is facilitated in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment and everything in confidential.
